Why jett fueled?
As an athlete and a long time dancer, I’ve always had a need for movement. When I graduated college I lost structured exercise and had to figure it out on my own. (Yuck!) So, I picked up basic strength training. Even though I had no clue what I was doing, I knew it made me feel good and I really wanted others to feel that as well. Then I realized, hey! There’s a career for that!
I did all the studying, got the certifications, finally figured out what I was doing, and 4 years later along came Jett Fueled Fitness.
My drive as a coach stems from the desire to help others conquer the ever intimidating Gym. I truly believe that movement is for all.
If you’re looking for a coach that can cheer you on, hold you accountable and push you in times of need, you’ve found it. If you’re looking for in-person, custom to you, progressive strength training, you’ve found it. If you’re looking for functional training that sets you up for lifelong movement, you’ve found it.
Alongside personal training I coach group fitness where I have worked with all different demographics and bodies. I’m here to meet you where you’re at, with whatever you’ve brought to the table and together, we’ll crush the uncrushable.
(Fun fact, Jett is actually my middle name!)
